$200 deposit holds your puppy.
Deposit is due when pregnancy is confirmed by the vet (4 to 5 wks after breeding).
Please fill out my questionnaire as detailed as possible and return to me.
"Pick of the litter" goes to the order in which you sign up
as long as your deposit is received in a timely fashion
after pregnancy is confirmed.
