Buyer’s Agreement (please initial beside each):
____I understand that the down-payment is non-refundable except in the following cases: puppy desired is not born in the litter,
puppy desired is chosen before my turn to pick, puppy gets sick or dies before take home date or within 7 days of take home.
____I understand the balance is due before puppy comes home with me -- if I pay with a check, the final paymant is due 3 wks before take home date;
if I pay with cash or Paypal, the final payment is due by take home date or by shipping date. I understand that payments made by Paypal
will incur an additional 3.5% fee. Any problems with payment voids the contract, and seller will exercise the right to seek another buyer.
____I understand that pick-up date is when puppy is 8 weeks old, or at a later date that may be determined by both
parties; failure to pick up puppy by pick up date voids the contract and seller will exercise the right to seek another buyer.
____I understand that if I choose to pick up the puppy later than the pick up date, then the puppy will be given its 8 wk shots
(and any subsequent vaccinations necessary), and I will reimburse the seller for the expense before taking the puppy;
I also understand that boarding fees may apply if puppy is picked up later than the designated take-home date (TBD after pups are born).
OPTION Seller offers the option of getting the puppy's 8 wks shots on behalf of the buyer, and the buyer will reimburse the seller before taking the puppy.
I ____ DO want the seller to get the puppy's 8 wks shots. I will reimburse the seller $25.
I _____ DO NOT want the seller to get the puppy's 8 wks shots. I will take the puppy home on time and take him/her to my own vet for the shots.

Seller’s Agreement:
I will sell the puppy with the Starter Pack as outlined on my website at www.southwestlabradors.com .
I will take the puppy to the vet for its 8 wks shots if the buyer would like me to do so & buyer will reimburse me for the cost.
I will sell the puppy in good condition and will refund the money to the buyer if the buyer’s vet deems the puppy is not in good health within 7 days of receipt of puppy (according to the stipulations on my website).
